PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

We SMART HELP SERVICES are arranging to provide services by third party service provider. And all applicable charges are competitive to market prices and being charged on behalf of our service provider. All applicable charges including taxes are displayed in our service portal, and the customer is liable to pay after being agreed with applicable fee/charges, for availing any of our services available in our company. After payment, the bill will be reflected on the app and will also be dispatched by mail.

As payment can be done by customer in both the manner whether before or after availing the services. Payment made by customer can be refunded only when any service request is cancelled by customers prior to service provider confirmation for acceptance of their service request, but cancellation charges may be applied to customers. If in case Smart Help Services is not able to provide the services requested by customers. It may be refundable if required by the relevant Consumer law legislation.

Smart help services reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise charges for any or all services obtainable through the use of the services at any time in Smart help services’s sole discretion.

Smart Help Services running several schemes, promotional offers and discounts for our customers, therefore effective prices may vary for same or similar services. To avail offers or schemes customers have to agree for applicable charges. Customers may select to cancel service requests before the service provider reaches the site, in which case customers may be charged a cancellation fee.
